Ackerman, founder and president of S Systems, has managed project management, CRM, estimating, and accounting system implementations since 1989. Services include strategic information systems planning, financial consulting, software training and implementation, custom development, and systems integration. During her career, she was a Senior Manager for the tenth largest CPA firm in the U. S., an auditor for Ernst & Whinney and an accountant for a Fortune 500 company. In addition, Ms. Ackerman has taught several management reporting, workflow, custom development, and third party integration classes to the AEC (architecture/engineering/construction) industry. In 1987, Ms. Ackerman received a BSBA in Accounting and Information Systems from Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. She passed the CPA examination in 1988 and received her CPA certificate in 1990.
